If your troop or Service Unit decides to create its own web site, please follow these safety tips:

• Use only the first names of all girls.
• Never post addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses of girls.
• Never list locations of troop meeting places or dates and time of meetings.
• Always obtain written permission from the parents for all photos of girls on your web site.
• Use only reputable companies to host your site.
