RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Refunds and exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. There can be no refunds on opened hosiery, audiovisuals, sale merchandise, flags, name pins, special order items or dated patches. To set up a refund or exchange please call the Albany Service Center at 518-489-8110.

SALES TAX POLICY
The only time that merchandise can be considered exempt from the state sales tax is: when the troop has earned the money and when the troop is purchasing merchandise with troop funds. Money given to the troop leader by a parent for the purpose of purchasing individual items is NOT considered troop money, even if it's passed through the troop's treasury or bank accout. Troop officers can get items tax exempt in our online store by registering as a troop leader.
